From what I can tell, a "blogswarm" is exactly what you think it is: a large number of bloggers write about the same subject during a small period of time.
I've got a few weeks to prep on this. I also have a post in the works about the Minimum Wage and whether or not having one has a negative effect on inflation and/or unemployment. Will get that on once I've got everything researched.
